How to use it
- Text: copy a place name or review from Naver Map (long-press, then Copy) and paste it in the box. It translates as you paste.
- Photo: take a photo of a menu or sign. Each line of Korean is shown with its translation.
- Video: pick a video you filmed, pause on the frame with text and translate that frame.
- Voice: tap the button for your language and speak — the Korean is read aloud. Then hand the phone over and let them tap “한국어로 말하기”.
Tips
- Photos work best straight-on, in good light, with the text filling most of the frame.
- “Show to someone” puts the translation in large text you can show a taxi driver or shop owner.
- For offline use and camera translation without uploading, see the apps in our essential apps guide.
