How Korean shoe sizes work
Korean shoe sizes are simply your foot length in millimeters, in 5 mm steps. A 240 fits a foot about 24 cm long. That makes Korean sizing easier than US or EU numbers: measure your foot from heel to longest toe and round up to the next 5 mm.

Korean clothing sizes
Women's clothes often use 44, 55, 66, 77, 88; 55 is roughly a small and 66 a medium. Men's tops use chest size in centimeters: 95 is about a medium and 100 a large. Many Korean brands also print S/M/L or “Free” (one size), which usually fits like a Korean 55–66.
